Prefabrication has become crucial for construction. Over time, manufacturing processes and information systems have been optimised to ensure high-quality components and low-waste production. The construction site however is almost not connected to this. Managers have to order parts based on progress estimations and experience and overlook deliveries and installation processes manually. The speaker will show new ways how to close this information gap.
